T shirt depicting the Face of Benigno Aquino Sr. also known as "Ninoy". He used the name Marcial Bonifacio, as alias, which was taken from martial law  and Fort Bonifacio. 

He decided to return to face Marcos and help restore democracy in the country, despite numerous threats against it. He was assassinated at Manila International Airport on August 21, 1983, upon returning from his self-imposed exile. His death revitalised opposition to Marcos, and sparked the People Power Revolution.
